Items are shipped 1-5 after order has been placed. 
Be sure that your address is correct at the time your order is placed.
All items receive a tracking number once items has been received at the post office. Please be sure that you are tracking your package, the post office some times make errors in delivery.  Bead Elegance is not responsible for any packages lost or incorrect delivery by the post office.
