Refund/Exchange

Bead Elegance will do it's best to make sure that your order is correct.
Refunds are not offered due to all items are custom made. If an error has been made we will EXCHANGE. 
Be sure to contact us via email or Facebook messanger, as soon as you receive your item or no later than 2 days from the delivery date shown on the tracking information.
You will be responsible for returning the items in the same condition they were received. Be sure to use a bubble envelope and provide the tracking number via email or Facebook messenger.
